Keegin Harrison’s real estate, land use and environmental practice incorporates both transactional and litigation work. Our real estate practice includes representing clients in the acquisition, sale, financing and development of commercial, residential and mixed use properties, as well as handling title, boundary, view, landslide and easement disputes. We also regularly represent both landlords and tenants in commercial lease preparation, negotiation, management and dispute resolution.

In land use matters, our attorneys have substantial experience processing, obtaining and challenging entitlements and other regulatory approvals on behalf of developers, public agencies and individual property owners. We have particular expertise with affordable housing entitlements and regulation. Our environmental experience includes counseling landowners on indemnity and remediation agreements, regulatory compliance, CEQA and other environmental matters.
